At Childsplay Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your luxury fashion items, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition with all designer tags attached.
Request a Return
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain your unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and place them inside the shipping box, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our specialists have inspected the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
